5-7 business days to process before shipping.

- Custom or bulk orders may take 7-14 business days depending on complexity.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout base on your location 

- Standard shipping takes 1-7 business days after processing, depending on your location

- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

Lost or Delayed Packages

- Unnormalresin is not responsible for delays caused by the postal office

Returns & Exchanges Policy

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES 

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue.

- We will work with you to find a resolution, such as a replacement or partial refund.

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, production may have already started, and cancellations cannot be processed.
